Teacher’s Day Celebrated with Student-Led School Management at Al-Irfan School

Khuldabad: Al-Irfan School celebrated Teacher’s Day with enthusiasm and a unique student-led initiative, giving students an opportunity to experience the responsibilities of teachers and school administrators for a day.

As part of the celebration, students stepped into different roles within the school, taking on responsibilities such as Principal, teachers, peons and other members of the school staff. The initiative provided students with a first-hand experience of how a school functions and the responsibilities involved in managing its day-to-day activities.

Throughout the day, student-teachers conducted classes, interacted with their fellow students and took responsibility for maintaining discipline and managing classroom activities. Students who took on administrative roles also experienced the challenges of managing various aspects of school functioning. The activity helped students understand that teaching and school management require patience, responsibility, teamwork and dedication.

Later, a special Teacher’s Day programme was organised on the school campus. Students shared their experiences and feedback about the day and delivered thoughtful speeches highlighting the importance of teachers in shaping their lives. Their words reflected gratitude and appreciation for the hard work, guidance and dedication of their teachers.

The celebration was not only a tribute to teachers but also an enriching learning experience for the students.
